1.Daily follow up customer service requirements and fault service complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
2.Submit monthly cloud computing and network operation reports, information security reports, faults analysis reports according to customer requirements.
3.Visit key customers regularly, review the service quality of network, security and cloud technology, and cooperate with the sales team for the second commercial development according to the actual situation of customers.

1.College degree or above, priority to the majors in English and computer science.
2.At least 3 years technical working experience in IT or communication industry.
3.Devote to service customers, have the sense of initiative and teamwork spirit.
4.Good communication skills, organization and planning ability, execution ability and strong innovation ability.
5.Strong adaptability and psychological endurance, able to properly handle customer complaints.
6.Strong insight, able to effectively foresee potential complaints and effectively solve them in early stage.
7.Strong interpersonal relationship, able to communicate and coordinate daily work with relevant departments.
